As a native of Hampton Roads, Justin has deep ties to the area. Multiple generations of Justin's family have lived throughout the region. Many family members were military and medical, so Justin truly understands what a life of dedicated service means. He is always honored to serve fellow veterans, active duty personnel and first responders.
Justin loves the history and natural beauty of Hampton Roads and feels it is a wonderful place to live, work and play. Ranging from historic Williamsburg to rural Gloucester to oceanfront in Virginia Beach, he feels the area has something for everyone- in all seasons of life.
Justin is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and
graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy & Political Science from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Justin has been a licensed realtor for almost a decade and he founded Starlight Realty Group in 2020.
